PASS Summit 2019 Official Blogger

Attending the call from the PASS, I have submitted my candidature for the official blogger of the PASS Summit 2019, and happy to report that PASS decided to add me to the list of pretty incredible bloggers, as listed on the official page.
This have announced publicly by PASS already a couple of weeks ago, but for a number of good reasons I delayed blogging on my website, but now I am happy to share this exciting news.

I do not remember the exact number of years, but guessing that for the last 5-6 years I have been invited to participate in the summit as a blogger with a great table in front of the scene and access to the key speakers – blogging extensively live on twitter and on this site.

PASS is celebrating 20 years and this is a pretty incredible mark, we all should agree. There are things we love and things we love less about the PASS, but it is undeniable that the biggest and the most important Microsoft Data Platform event in the world is the PASS Summit. To me, it does not really matter how many Business Application / Power / etc events will be around – when it comes to the really deep technical knowledge, sometimes (yes, if you are a Microsoft employee, you have “some” kind of bias) unbiased AND even unpopular opinions – PASS will be the number one even in the world.
With its own successes and failures, it is the biggest Microsoft Data Platform experience in the world, and I would lie to you if I could imagine missing it easily.

For the last 10 years, I have attended every single PASS Summit without an exception and the upcoming one in 2019 will be the 10th one in row and besides all the incredible content, the opportunity to meet good old friends and make a lot of new connections.

I am anxious to discover what’s coming next and what great ways my peers have found to improve their work with Microsoft Data Platform.

I am looking forward to the 4th to 8th of November 2019 for the PASS Summit 2019!
