Here is the list of the upcoming events where I will be speaking:

PASS Summit 2020: Migrating & Running SQL Server on Azure VMs Cloud Solutions (10-13th of November 2020) This 2.5 hour session will focus on the experience with diverse clients (big & small) on how to efficiently migrate and run the SQL Server on Azure VMs. Besides the infra-structure configurations and proper SQL Server configurations, I will dive into some of the more interesting aspects .

PASS Summit 2020: When & Where to use Columnstore Indexes (10-13th of November 2020) I will delivere a session that focus on some good old and some of the yet unpublished examples of how to make Columnstore Indexes useful.

SQLBits 2020: Graph Solutions in Azure SQL DB & SQL Server (2nd of October 2020) – With further grow of the SQL Graph surface in 2018-2019 we have now function ShortestPath() that allows us to do some pretty exciting calculations and start comfortably analyzing different types of Networks such as Social Networks.

SQLBits 2020: Columnstore Indexes 2017-2020 (1st of October 2020) I will deliver a session on the newest additions & evolutions of the Columnstore Indexes in Azure SQL Database, Sql Server 2017 & Sql Server 2019. As well as beyond that. :)

SQLBits 2020: Migrating & Running SQL Server on Azure VMs (29th of September 2020) – I will deliver a whole-day workshop on possible migrations and how to run most efficiently SQL Server on Azure VMS.

This will touch all SQL Server versions since 2012 and including SQL Server 2017.

SQLKonferenz 2018: Columnstore Indexes: Practical Solutions & Techniques (26th of February 2018) I have delivered a workshop on the Columnstore Indexes practical solutions and techniques in German at the biggest SQL Server conference in Germany.
